A liquid fertiliser designed to prevent damage from the two main turf fungal pathogens: Microdochium nivale (Fusarium patch) and Sclerotinia homoeocarpa (Dollar spot).
TourTurf® Infill + R Factor is a liquid fertiliser containing both macro- and micronutrients, essential plant oils plus our rooting biostimulant +R Factor. The enhancing surfactant (LPT) is added to achieve fast uptake of the product through the plant’s leaves and roots.
+ R Factor will provide a good natural green colour and biostimulation to plants under stress due the complexed iron, sulphur, zinc and manganese in the product.
The essential plant oils in the formulation are citronella-, clove- and tea tree oils which will help to promote healthy turf grass all year round in combination with good turf grass management.
The product can be applied on greens, tees, fairways and football pitches as part on an integrated disease management strategy to keep the use of fungicides to a minimum level.
TourTurf® Infill + R Factor is a versatile product, formulated to ensure maximum synergy between its components, resulting in strong, healthy turf grass with a minimum of disease problems..
Use TourTurf® Infill + R-Factor if you wish to improve the tolerance of your turfgrass plants to disease pathogens significantly.
From the trial work at AFBI we know that even in a high disease pressure situation it is possible to minimize and reduce disease with up to 60 % compared to untreated plants.
In a situation with the turfgrass disease Take All Patch on creeping bent greens, we suggest to use TourTurf® Infill + R-Factor in combination with TourTurf® ManPlex to optimize the plant´s own resistance to the pathogen.
Manganese is known to suppress the fungal pathogen Take All and in combination with the added plant oils there will be an enhanced and synergistical effect between the two products. If the Take All Patch disease is present on fairways or sports pitches we suggest to use TourTurf® Liquid (FS) Manganese. The product is very economical in use and designed for larger outfield turf grass areas.
